This is the first book I’m sharing on my blog because it is an important one to me. When I laid in a bed in excruciating pain for nearly eight years, the last couple years of that I finally got a smart phone. That opened up a world of research for me. Prior to that, I was in so much pain that I couldn’t sit up to use a computer nor could I use a tablet because they were too heavy for me to hold up! With a smart phone, I could set a pillow on my chest and prop the smart phone up against it. I could research and find out what I needed to try to recover from the horrible illness(es) that was slowly killing me. There wasn’t much information on dental infections or the hazards of root canals and cavitations in those days, but when I began to explore that option, I scoured the internet. I came across this book, “The Toxic Tooth; How a root canal could be making you sick”, which doctors Thomas Levy, MD and Robert Kulacz, DDS wrote with incredible frankness and important detail.
I used this book as a road map for shopping for a dentist who might help me get better, as well the protocols I should plan to undertake for optimal recovery. As best I could, I followed it to the letter. There are surgical protocols, as well as supplement and oral care suggestions. I highly recommend this book!
